WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING, HOWEVER WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK ANY FOOD,TEA OR PERISHABLE ITEMS, WE WILL REFUND ACCESSORIES, TEA SETS, POTS OR EMEPY TINS FOR A 15 DAY FULL REFUND.
